Here we see an advert which was recently included in an April edition of Country Life Magazine. Now Mr Scott has approval for building his three houses on the site, it seems that he wishes to sell the plots and not the houses . £4,000,000 a plot.
This advert sums up nicely why the campaign was started. If the history of the building was not enough to save the building, the other overiding push was to stop 'greedy developers' overdeveloping land for peronal financial gain, at the expense of our 'green zones'. This advert shows that Jersey is by far now a 'developers island'...and theres plenty more examples than Windward House.
